Don Melchor is much more than a Grilled Chicken and Grill restaurant. It is a team driven by the initiative and enthusiasm of its founder who is passionate about things well done.
Its essence is to find a space for Grilled Chicken on the table of the most demanding palates who, in addition to the best product, seek to connect with brands through their promises revealed in their actions.
Our plates
Our commitment is to offer a great product accompanied by excellent service in a welcoming space, to ensure that your clients live memorable experiences that go beyond the rational. The star product is our delicious grilled chicken with our house salad made from our lettuce, watercress and sprouts from our hydroponic garden, cherry tomato, carrot, avocado, pickled radish, crowned with strips of watan and accompanied by vinaigrette home.

From Monday to Sunday, from 12 pm to 10 pm
